Dos versiones del soporte de RIM para BlackBerry

¡Black Café! Nuestro amigo Valmore Leó Molero le mando una carta a Investigació en Movimiento en inglés Research In Motion (RIM) y le respondieron que se debe agotar con el operador, en este caso Movilnet y Movistar, el soporte respectivo.

¿Hay que pagar el soporte?

Pero lo que indigna es que el soporte hay que pagarlo. No señor. En Venezuela el marco legal vigente obliga al fabricante de un dispositivo o servicio a prestar el servicio y desconocemos como consumidores cualquier contrato de adhesió que diga lo contrario. Por otro lado, un buen amigo que trabaja (Y miembro del Grupo Con-Cafe BlackBerry) en la Comisió Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL) nos da un rayo de esperanza. En una semana estará listo el parche.

Hope you be fine at receipt of this, I am writing in order to let you know
here in Venezuela since yesterday we have a new time zone; before we were at
GTM-4, now; we are at GTM-4:30. This is causing troubles in our BlackBerry
devices, we can set the time manually but this is not correct; at time we go
to settings í ¢é ¢íƒ ¢í¢â€š ¬í…¡ ¬é ¢íƒ ¢í¢â‚¬Å¡í‚ ¬íƒâ€¦í¢â‚¬Å“ time and date and ask for the BlackBerry serveré ­íƒ ¢í¢â€š ¬í…¡íƒÆ’í¢â‚¬Å¡ ´s time we get
the wrong time.

Here in Venezuela we hope RIM brings its support as Microsoft and other
companies have done, we have applications in our devices that use the time
zone setting and at time we travel outside Venezuela we will have a misset
time due to RIM has not set the correct time zone for Venezuela.

Me acaban de comunicar un amigo del departamento de nivel especializado de Movilnet que para el transcurso de esta semana estará lista la nueva actualizació para la nueva zona horaria de Venezuela de manera global para todos los BlackBerry. De hecho ya venían trabajando en Movilnet con este inconveniente para los BlackBerry pero ya RIM tiene para esta semana el parche para el nuevo huso horario.

Así que esta semana ya vamos estar más tranquilo en cuanto salga la actualizació le colocó el Link.
